Operations Manager – Tourism – Indonesia

It all started with a vision to reach the Sea Tribes of Indonesia!  This geo-tourism company was launched in 2003 and has grown to 2 resorts with over 100 employees.

Under the supervision of the Directors, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the operations of this natural island paradise, which provides resort comforts, natural sea and land activities and opportunities for its clients to explore the local culture in nearby villages.

The duties of Operations Manager will include the development of leadership as well as the properties in order to create a positive experience for guests.  He/she will create systems to improve efficiencies in operations and manage budgets.  The qualified candidate will be fluent in English, and willing to learn the Indonesian language, as well as possess 10+ years of experience in resort management and experience working in a cross-cultural team setting.
